So all offices up north that are waiting there last £200 for the next revision should say no agreement till BSI is based at londons BSI average of around say 78%

No - because the agreement says you have to maintain your current performance, so if you are already over 78, then there is no going back.
Those offices with a poor performance are going to face years of having to improve and hand in hand with that will be more job losses.
I don't think working in a poor performing office is anything to aspire to, especially with MTSF under review ......

Sod that, i aspire to work at the same rate as others. If i am to do my rep job properly why would i expect my members to work harder than that, especially as 75 is the standard. We often get forced to work at 100+ by greedy dom and dsm and STILL get hit by evr and hours savings, we will still go through what those at 78 will.

Since seeing this disgraceful thread i have told my dom and dsmnthat i will not talk hours uhtil i see 75 bsi on iwt. Yeah, they laughed at me but who cares. Like i said, if im to do my job properly then i must look aftervthe members, right?

CWU nationally should have never allowed units to accept a performance target of above 75BSI. As there will now be the development of an Incentive Bonus Scheme it is more important than ever that performance indicators such as EP are accurate and take into account ALL worked hours CMA represented members should only being allowed to perform OPG work as an exception.

I don't have an issue with performance levels about 75Bsi but it needs to be linked to performance related payments. BSI/EP targets need to be universally applied not just throughout deliveries but in other functions.

RM have had years and years to develop their control systems and make them fit for purpose but they fail time and time again. It is a fundamental requirement, and not that difficult, to measure and record the basics which are Traffic and Hours and they can't even get those right.

Point of clarity Clash, when the Member's voted on BT2010 where they aware of the inputs to the IWT, or indeed any other inputs, the answer is sadly NO, the same as this New Agreement NO INPUT, strand groups, group groups and the other groups called strand, we are NOT voting on an AGREED agreement we are voting on what may or may not come out of these group/strands and that is the disgrace that many Members are & will continue to feel after the DOLLAR has gone, I could go on further but rant over for tonite, only 2 days left anyway....Glenno

A clear example of why you need uniformity in terms of standards, but 1st RM need to get their sh*t together and sort out their own measurement systems which are not fit for purpose.
