Thats good, but I don't want a "better deal". I want one which addresses the problems in Delivery, and more importantly I want the Union to change because at the moment its stagnating and slowly crumbling into impotency and ineptitude.

As usual the £notes are obscuring their view of the real problems. If this had been just a pay deal negotiation it would have been negotiated 12 months ago. Deliveries and the way it is managed is in desperate need of an agreement that will make it fit for the future and to which every member can ratify knowing that it is real change in the way we are treated and the expectations of what is a fair days pay for a fair days work. Not more talks. They have had long enough for talks, a whole year and we are no further forward. This is way too big to let £notes get in the way.

It's not even the money that is blinding some. All the people championing the yes vote on here, aren't in deliveries! Of course they are voting yes - it doesn't effect them. No such thing as solidarity any more. Every man for himself. And all for a measly £400 too.
