I had my b&h interview today, I said everything I wanted to say, I used my notes and copies of letters I sent to my dom (never got any replies)
I had a sub rep with me and he backed me up. The balls with them.

Well done mate... glad it went well... when you get the notes from the IM make sure you and the rep read and re-read them... make any alterations that are necessary...

I used intimidated, not valued, victimised ,hostile ect, but when I said I was humiliated he wanted to gloss over that, but I came back to it, saying the dom wanted to know about my IBS symptoms, I told him but the dom wanted intimate details and when I had to answer I was humiliated by these unnecessary questions. The interviewer didn't like the word humiliated .

I got a letter from atos telling me I have another phone interview next week,

I got the notes of the meeting today, its a joke, was I at this meeting I ask myself.

Send them back with all of the amendments that you think need making, keep a copy. You will probably be heading for an appeal, which is the next stage. Whoever represented you, make sure they have a copy of the changes and additions you wish to make, and ask them to witness them before returning to the interviewer.

Sounds familiar... selective notes by IM... the company we work for is morally corrupt... if the shares were founded on an ethical basis they wouldn't be worth a quid a piece...

Ive got another atos phone interview tomorrow ,whats the point? Management have had two atos reports in the last 8 months and they have ignored them, is it they want to force my back on delivery?

Another familiar tactic mate...

If you feel there has been no change to your condition you can decline the offer of an ATOS appointment... in fact you can decline at anytime... if any specific questions are to be asked by ATOS on behalf of RM they should be agreed by you first...

Any conversations you have with your DIM on this matter should be in writing... make sure you have a paper trail in case you do go to ET sometime in the future... might be worth checking out whether you are covered under the DDA...
