The above statement speaks volume... It is what some of us have been intimating about some of the ways things work in favour of London. It is not about being bitter but just to say it is not that easy to achieve what London achieves and the last thing people want to hear is that - it is their fault...Perhaps because London was its own separate union before merging with the letter carriers and then the UPW , or because London is a cit. Or whether we have had an London District Council we do seem to have stuck together.
Some of these threads are not just about the Agreement but people want to understand what is going on and what might happen in future... We can all concede that the vote will be a 'Yes' and a lot of us have our views now and are not going to be swayed one way or the other - so we can knock the campaigning!
Some of the senior reps might perhaps want to use the knowledge and expertise to help people in distress and provide information instead of getting into circular arguments.
