It will be another bag of crap where we're expected to jump through hoops for 3 years with a promise of some sad sum (say £300 or so) told to save so many man hours per office (extra lapsing and all the likes). Each year we will be told we're doing amazing then last minute goal posts will be shifted and sorry no bonus hard luck.

Every office on 100bsi or above automatically gets it. £20 a week say.
And every office on 90-100 gets £10 a week.
And any office under 90bsi gets nothing.

I don't want to see an incentive scheme at all, I would rather see that 10% of annual profits used to secure the future of the business and by definition my job.

A sensible union would avoid incentive schemes like the plague because they are built on cutting jobs and security and ultimately encourage the kind of bullying and bad practice that the union is supposed to be taking a stand against.

I'm going to quote Bob Gibson again and ask anybody with more knowledge than me exactly what this means...

I can't get my head around that statement at all.

It would indicate the union already know what the incentive scheme consists of but don't feel able to share it with us until after the vote. Really from the result of the last two supposed "incentive" schemes they're probably too embarrassed to mention what we have to do to achieve the incentive.

Fish, the only meaning I can read into this is that the incentive will be based on you willing to complete your delivery regardless of the volumes. By doing this they hope that the majority will take the incentive and not cut off. Cutting off being the main object of bullying and harassment.

And if you can't physically complete will that be recognised or will there be penalties or disincentives. That and other reasons is why delivery staff should vote NO.
