As part of our nationwide programme of operational transformation, we’ve made changes to our delivery arrangements in some offices this week (w/c 6th January). These changes could include: a review of delivery routes, improved delivery equipment being brought into use or changes to the way in which we prepare mail for delivery. Move of mail processing for the TF postcode area
Today, Monday 27th January, the processing of all inward mail for the TF postcode area will move from Shrewsbury Mail Centre to our North West Midlands Mail Centre at Wolverhampton, WV1 1AA. There should be little change to delivery services in the TF postcode area as a result of this move.

Any items we are unable to deliver and for which we leave a 'Something for you' card will now be available to collect from the Mumbles Post Office at 522 Mumbles Road, SA3 4DH. There should be little change to delivery services as a result of this move.
Relocation of South Kensington Delivery Office - SW7
Since Monday 17th March, all deliveries in the SW7 postcode area previously performed from our South Kensington Delivery Office are now being prepared and made from our Chelsea Delivery Office in Nine Elms. Next week, from Monday 24th March, the South Kensington Enquiry Office at Exhibition Road will be relocating to our West Brompton and Earl’s Court Enquiry Office. Relocation of Croydon Delivery Office - CR0, CR2, CR7 & CR9
From Monday 24th March, all deliveries in the above postcode areas will be made from the new Croydon Delivery Office at Wandle Park Trading Estate, Factory Lane, Croydon CR0 3RL. From Monday 24th, items we’ve been unable to deliver and for which we leave a 'Something for you' card will be available to collect from the new Enquiry Office at Factory Lane. The former delivery office in Addiscombe Road will close for business on Saturday 22nd March. Customers don’t need to come to the new office to collect undeliverable items; details of how to arrange a redelivery are shown on the card we’ll leave at the time. There should be little change to delivery services as a result of this move.
