Why handle them twice. Surely you throw them into the frame rather than putting them in a tray then putting them in the frame.

Are you bunging them inside each other Mancpat? The other thing is has some clever clogs not noticed these under the frame and just put them in when covering your duty?

Yes. Theres normally a pizza leaflet to put the rest inside. I have a good understanding with my floater that he doesn't touch my door to doors. He normally puts his in the frame for the next day before he goes home too if he has time.Lincox wrote:Are you bunging them inside each other Mancpat? You handle them twice anyway unless you put each one in as you put them together. If you do then that takes ages!celerycelery wrote:Why handle them twice. Surely you throw them into the frame rather than putting them in a tray then putting them in the frame.
I sit down and prep 80 or 100 depending on how many are needed that day. Then I stand up to put them in the frame. It's just that I do this with a gap of three days when I have a long weekend off.
I work the same amount of time as anyone else I just do it in a different order. I still prep, put in frame and deliver door to doors. Its just my order is deliver, prep and put in frame.

I've done that for years and never been told any different. Just like the rest of my office.celerycelery wrote:There is your problem. its my day off tomorrow ,, i loaded tomorrows in the frame for the floater and when i go in on wed it will be loaded for me by the floater ,, we have a local agreement all our D2D are done in 5 days mon- fri 20 % a day so come saturday we don't have any to deliver ,, this came about because we were all working an extra row every day so saturdays were D2D free ,, and for once in his life our manager actually saw sense in what we were doing and incorporated it

So you or the floater throws them in when you get back of your walk I take it. Tell me if this is the case are you finishing before your duty finish time and therefore have time to do this or are you doing it for free?thechemisyshop wrote:its my day off tomorrow ,, i loaded tomorrows in the frame for the floater and when i go in on wed it will be loaded for me by the floater ,, we have a local agreement all our D2D are done in 5 days mon- fri 20 % a day so come saturday we don't have any to deliver ,, this came about because we were all working an extra row every day so saturdays were D2D free ,, and for once in his life our manager actually saw sense in what we were doing and incorporated it
