99% of linos are fair decent reasonable people, who are only being told what to do by a Dom ,who in turn are only doing what area tells them to do.

However as Managers 95% are useless and could not organise anything.
If RM was in charge of planning the Olympics it would be finished before RM was ready .Most linos are by the nature Company men through and through.

but when by themselves most are quite decent people .

What is even worse some linos got their job due to Political correctness a ie race and gender and not on ability ,these Managers are so out of their Depth untrue.

Been in the job 27 years, and i think iv'e probably met about 10 decent Linos.
By decent i mean, they have an ability to get the best out of their staff, without resorting to bullying.
