All offices have agreed at least 1 in 4 saturdays off a number achieved less than 1 in 4. No office has agreed 100BSI. All revisions are working. No one is being forced to work beyond their time.

I guess, going by the EP standards and the number of Saturdays off, most of the offices look like they are overstaffed or have Saturdays staffers.

Of course, it works. You folks are the greatest.

What happens in London Dingo when no one wants to work beyond their time? How is the work covered?
What happens to offices that are predominantly rural how do they have their work covered if staff want to finish at their finishing time?

hatetheboss, I think you are missing something: there is not enough work for all the staff so they do not need to work beyond their time. They must have shed loads of Reserves as well - so cover should not be a problem.


If the EP target or enabler at Revision is supposed to be an improvement in performance from previous, can you imagine the previous level of performance of the office now at 69%
