I was particularly impressed with this sentence - copied verbatim
£200 lump sum payment for each full time eligible employee (pro rata for part-timers)
This was be paid before Christmas
I am wondering if the author posts on RMC occasionally.

I saw that and I thought could an agreement of such legal complexity really have been drafted by people with such a glaring lack of attention to detail?
Or have they spent all the money on legal fees and just couldn't afford a proofreader?
I'm thinking of voting ON.

what a shock nothing in there about b&h in delivery & how this pile of crap will sort it out! Just banging on about pay pay pay!! The weak leaders of our union are happy as this deal will secure their wages for another 3-5 years due to us paying the bloody things! (While getting harassed & bullied in the process!) vote no!

Seconded why is it these agreements get vaguer and vaguer with each one another fudge of the issue they should call this agreement the Custard Tart Fudge Agreement of 2014 never have I seen anything about our workload nor the bullying being addressed big NO!
