Well we have all had a month to read the AFG2014 so how will you vote.

If you choose undecided you can come back and change your vote when you decide. Likewise if you change your mind you can change your vote here as well.

For clarification.

Yes means you accept the deal and are recommending acceptance
No means that you are either concerned about the agreement or you are rejecting it out of hand.

I am still undecided but leaning towards a No.

The Pay deal is probably the best we could expect given current conditions. However, I don't think the reviews and working groups will address our concerns - they didn't in the BT2010. I also can't see why the Union is accepting that there will be a culture change in Royal Mail because of this agreement. 2 high uppity ups Lord Sawyer and Hooper couldn't do it so why the sudden road to Damascus ???

Thanks for that UG, it was pretty much what I was afraid of - a huge NO on here and a resounding YES in the ballot, hope people have learned their lesson this time.

The Guardian last Monday reported that "The company ended a long-running dispute with the CWU union last month and agreed a five-year deal on post-privatisation working conditions" so that must mean it'll be a 'yes' vote.

Agreed DG - if only the agreement had no clothes on I'm sure they would have found it more appealing
