It's a no vote from me, we've had one half arsed meeting about the deal which dealt briefly with no strike issue, the pension issue wasn't even mentioned and we were told that lapsing is about to rear it's ugly head again.

do a month in delivery & you will see why a no vote is a must. You just have an easy life in a mail center, i dont blame you for voting yes but we are a union & if you read many posts on here about delivery you would support your fellow members problems

Given that the vast majority of members work in delivery, it is pretty irrelevant how MC workers vote.
The deal will be accepted (or rejected) by delivery.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

One things for sure if ever there was a time for people to ignore union advice it's in the here and now - despite all the protestations of a no strike deal, respect and dignity at work, legal protections, full union involvement, fair and manageable workloads, a new understanding, reviews and incentive scheme............seriously?

Do the CWU expect all the delivery members to fall for more of the same this time round?
