Im a driver in a shared van duty.Today there was advertised a vacancey for a ?.5 ton 600 cf driver.It says only applicants from excisting driving pool can apply.Is this common practice in royal mail.I feel discriminated against as i would like to apply but i cant .Does this happen in othet units.

The 600 drivers come under logistics, so probably come under a different resourcing unit from your local MC
