FULL TIME/PART TIME

If you have the data to prove that a part timer has worked extra hours on his own duty,ie coming in 2 hours on overtime on the heaviest days of the week,to sort his walk up, on a consistent basis,then you could,and,should be looking to increase his contracted hours. Para 2.7.7 initiates this approach.

I'll be voting no. As I've already said after over 4 years I think I should now be full time.

The whole system is corrupt with some on more hours than me despite having less seniority. Jobs not being clearly advertised and dished out to management favourites etc.

There are too many part-time workers!!!

Part timers who regularly work above their contracted hours should have their contracts reviewed every six months, that's my understanding of it.

Same here but will we see an improvement on the amount of part timers being given the opportunity to go full time?
