if you want to be exact and think you may be over weight then when you record the weight of your pouches in the morning add the total weight to the total of your partners weight, then weigh the yorks of parcels for both subtract the weight of the york, add them together with the pouches weight, then add your weight and partners weight and if its over the maximum payload for the vehicle then your breaking the law, basically all you need to do is weigh the yorks of packets/parcels before and after you unload them only takes a minute or two extra on top of what your already supposed to be doing anyway and keeps you legal
