Its fools like this cutting corners across peoples gardens trying to get the job done quicker that makes the rest of us who use the proper paths look slow.

Wading about in flood water is a recipe for a hundred different fecal–orally transmitted diseases, some of them very serious.
You really do need to lighten up mate !!! :nana :nana

NO, he should not lighten up.

Some people do care on the health and safety of the employees. Something like this can have an affect on all members of the public as a public health issue, not just employees

the morning huddle in the delivery office probably went like this, "ok guys its a pretty bad day out there today, theres a lot of water about but most areas are ok, i dont want you putting yourselves at risk so anywhere you dont think is safe just bring the mail back" result mail going out of office most of it being delivered manager happy he has put up his umbrella and covered himself in case anything goes wrong(or so he thinks)

happens up and down the country whether it be snow, wind, heavy rain, or hot sunny days

At least he didn,t need to find a place to relieve himself. Just wade out up to waist deep and bobs your uncle.
