You need to get in touch with head office. Here's the address.

You should have got a 'Consent for third party enquiry' form with your welcome pack. You give this completed form to prospective employers so they can get a reference from RM.

That's right. You fill in the form tabact mentions confirming that you consent to Royal Mail providing a reference and give it to your prospective employer, who should then send it to Sheffield. The address is on the form.

It depends if Angard or RM casual.
