Ours came in the mech ... upside down ... then the lino says "two days to deliver" ... what's the effing point when they're in with the mech ?? More trouble than it's worth to separate them out.

Clueless ... totally clueless ...

Pleased to see it's not just RM staff getting spammed by the company now. Looks like the privatised RMGroup want to increase mail volumes :dance
They're taking their propaganda to the next level; No more lino saying "the mail is down". :nana

They were already in walk sorted order when they arrived at Mail Centres, put through the LSM and trayed up in batches, loaded onto CSS machines, rejected or chewed up and then sorted by hand. Makes absolutely no sense at all

Had ours today.

Why didn't we just have them households?

Why didn't they print them so they could be run through the machine into our sequenced mail?

Although, they were running in street order they were a pain to prep. Especially when streets are split across the fitting plusthey were running in numerical order and not in odd/even sequence!

Nevermind, 1hr 30 mins in the Christmas kitty!

Completely pointless. The letter is hardly going to sway you into sending a parcel you weren't otherwise going to send.

They are due in my office tomorrow......great! :speak to the hand
So keep on moving, moving, moving your feet
Keep on shuf-shuf-shuffling to this ghost dance beat
Just keep on walking down never ending streets

Who is that manager? Should get done for wilful delay, this will affect the 97% first-class target for his office. :arrrghhh
1c target is 93% not 97% and December is exempt

Your MC cocked up then. They were not supposed to be touched by MCs at all or put through CSS, just cross docked to DO feeder services.
