There may as we'll be a no strike clause, because if you take unofficial action you could be sacked, if the union calls official action RM can walk away from the deal. Lots of words and sod all else.

The first offer including backdating it and the 300 would have meant about 600 in our pockets after tax and insurance. This wonderful new offer will be about 550. And the evidently non binding protection beggars belief what the weeks of extra talking were actually about

My problem is No strike and nothing being done on B/H, my office stood by while it happened to me , wrote to headquarters nothing was done ,

My office wont walk we have duties over 5 hours long nothing has been done yet those folks who are doing them are on antidepressents off sick

Every week I have rows about my duty while others duties are only 3.5 hrs long and yet nothing is said

So thanks to this agreement a few of us will be on our own fighting our battles

There is no, no strike clause, we can strike as much as we want.

It is a national "no strike" clause in that HQ would have to be on some seriously hard drugs to call a national strike that everyone would reject.

seems to be an indication of the kind of BMs we have here when this poll shows a backing for a no vote when in reality it is likely to be a resounding yes
