Shift pattern new year week

Can anyone help I do 4 x10 hr shift per week ALL NIGHT SHIFT DISTRIBUTION, new year week I am due to be in 3 shifts MON-OFF-IN-OFF-IN...so starting nightshift 3times in one week , will not know whether I an coming or going MY QUESTION IS can they make me start nightshift 3times within one week .....

You Have Monday night off anyhow Tuesday is New Years Eve you will have that off and then should work New Years Night the Wednesday Thursday and Friday night as normal surely
