If he is talking to the CWU, suggesting that we accept RM offer, then he is on to plums.
If he is telling Crozier and Leighton to accommodate our demands, then he is right.

Well, my oh my Jellyfishspine Brown has spoken. Typical to his labour party values, he tells the us to get back to work. This is the guy who ruined numerous pensioin funds all over the UK including ours. The TUC should pull all funding away from the labour party, they have turned into nothing more than a joke with the working class. Like all politicians he will drop Leighton & Crozier if that suits his personal ambitions. Cracks are appearing in his total support for :lfo & :cfo He will have to lean on Royal Mail to compromise to be in with a chance of winning a general election ..... albeit in 2009. It's not only our 130,000 odd votes ..... others in the public sector are closely following our battle ..... as they know that the outcome will affect theirs! Royal Mail will almost certainly take the 4 days pay out of one week's money. This will infuriate more than it weakens resolve! Royal Mail will instruct its sheeplike management to tell us to do compulsory overtime ..... to clear the 'back-log'.

Get your reps to go into immediate Stage 1 Unilateral Disagreement! Use the 'Grieveance Procedure' in cases of Bullying & Harassment by managers. well said i totally agree with you on this one leighton & crozier will definately be on their way out because its them and them alone who have caused this dispute and now it definately looks like weve cracked this one so keep up the rolling strikes, but personally i think they will have to crumble this week and flexiblity the sticking point will be withdrawn
Listening to Mr Adam Crozier on the Today program (being quizzed by J Humphfries) it's clear he is a weak character. He was running scared for the first 2mins and didn't recover, being unconvinvcing to the last. He is not worthy of 1Million £ payout and not worthy of the office he purports to fill. From this humiliating performance I wouldn't suggest that he has the purpose to see through a protracted dispute.
