This whole Saturday issue does beg the question of why do we have a premium product "SG" if all Saturday specials are being treated the same? We are expected to break off from delivery to meet the 1300 deadline for any SD on a Saturday, even though managers have admitted this is not a requirement of the basic SD product, it is simply getting all SDs cleared off their computer list like any other day Mon-Fri.

Can anyone tell me how, as a customer, I can have an order delivered on a Monday, guaranteed? I'm pig sick of going home on a Saturday and finding a P739 card there, and having to go to the local office to pick up my packet on the Monday. I specifically DON'T pay for SG so it ISN'T delivered on the Saturday, yet it is, every bloody time.
In my opinion we should only take out SG's on a Saturday.
As for the OP, I can't believe someone is worried about failing a special. It happens loads these days and nothing is said.

Option 2 Lodge an official shut notice for Saturdays (its not just businesses that can do it)
