Yes but on those kind of days, which you don't know are gonna crop up. what about my Dentist, Doctors or kids Birthday Party that have been arranged in advance?

so there you have it we need to do our job properly so we bring back half of our round the guy is going to lose out big time it will cost roymail so much more to deliver the other half of our round loads more overtime which they can stick where the sun dont shine the guy is on a different planet

Im out until my time everyday so how can i only work 6 hours on certain days,it will never work.

i used to go over my time 3or 4 days a week
ain't happening no more :dance

Working indoors at our MC is just the same. Vacant duties have lapsed and therefore staffing levels have already been cut to the bone. We always have work to do, even during the 'quiet' summer period, we always work our full 8 hours - there is no room for flexibility.
