Hey guys,
I took a day off last week due to back issue, I rang up again today and spoke to a manager said I'm not well again and was told, you either come in or your sacked.
"2 illnesses in a period of this time due to the small time period of the contract would mean we would ask you to leave"
is that right?!?!
its not like im pulling the wool genuinely not well, got tablets and everything from the doc, I just can't believe they can "let me go" for having 2 sick days off even though Im good at my job!
