Oxford Mail Centre... as no OT is offering to posties... unable to get casual staff from local agencies... 50 seater bus came from Bristol full of Polish and Romanian workers ... Friday and Saturday nights... cut and tip.

personally I couldn't give a toss about backlogs and how much they wanna push thru each day . . . . coz I'm doing the hours I'm paid for, at the speed I'm safe at, and following my duty instructions to the letter, then going home at my specified time . . . . finished or not

it's down to the screws to worry and panic about backlogs, not us :so there

I WILL BE WEARING A SEAT BELT EVERY CALL, WALKING SENSIBLY, LOCKING VAN ALL THE TIME, WORKING FROM BACK OF VAN.
HAD A TALK WITH DOM ON LINE TODAY ABOUT GEO-ROUTE---HE SAID IT WOULD SORT OUR RURALS OUT.
I SAID WELL YOU HAVE GOT TO UNDERSTAND NOBODY IN HERE AT MOMENT WEARS SEATS BELT OR LOCKS DOORS ALL THE TIME SO YOU HAVE GOT TO TAKE THAT INTO CONSIDERATION. HE DIDN'T LIKE IT AND SAID-----OH IT WILL AND THEN HE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO SAY AND F*****D OFF BACK INDOORS.

VIGILANTE no you are write to question such a program geo route takes nothing into consideration and has not even the ability to split postcodes hence making the rurals very difficult to work him sayining such things its obivious to me hehas never even opened up the program put it to him, even the area leads in most ares have little or no knowledge of gea route let alone impliment it into delivery offices.
