Re: £300 Bribe/Bonus
im betting on an increased lump sum and no back pay. I remember the last 3 year deal they gave us a reasonable pay rise for year one but because it wasn't backdated worked out to be not alot

My understanding is that the £300 is now £200 and the other £100 has gone into the pay rise so you get it week in week out year in year out.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Re: £300 Bribe/Bonus
I thing you are wrong one it is not a deal yet and two £300 was a bribe of which £200 was the Christmas bonus the other £100 was a thank you for shafting your fellow workers and they would not pay us all £100 would they it is hard enough to get 15 minutes overtime booked for going over your time!clashcityrocker wrote:Re: How many are only bothered about the money?zx135 wrote:

Re: £300 Bribe/Bonus
I was told that the £200 lump sum will be paid on the 20th Dec alongside the £200 Christmas Bonus. Back dated pay at a later date. I believe the person who told me. How that fits in, with there being no ratified agreement, is another question entirely.clashcityrocker wrote:Re: How many are only bothered about the money?zx135 wrote:

Re: £300 Bribe/Bonus
i can pretty much guarantee that wont be what happens, they wont pay us the £200 before the members vote to accept the pay deal, thats going to take at least two weeks, a week to get ballot papers out, and week to receive replies, that takes us to December 20th as earliest possible point for agreement, which in turn means first pay after that would be friday 27th, which i dont think will be achievable, hence my guess the lump sum, if there is one, will be in januarymacphee1 wrote:I was told that the £200 lump sum will be paid on the 20th Dec alongside the £200 Christmas Bonus.
