"All we are asking is that people work the 37 hours 20 minutes for which they are paid. If they work longer than that, of course they will receive overtime," Mr Crozier said.

Hold on a minute...
I am contracted for 40 Hours and get 40 mins meal relief per day!
For five days that means i am supposed to work for 36 hrs and 40 minutes!
Were does the 37 hours and 20 minutes come from?
Further-more i get 20 mins grace relief per day. so that that make 35 hours.
So Mr Crozier is already trying to get me to work an extra 2 hrs 20 mins a week!

Being too hard on Crozier
Come on boys and girls - surely you don't actually expect poor Adam to know what hours his employees work. He has important things to do like preparing RM for a sell-off privatisation deal which will make him a very rich man and make his boss even richer.
Still nice to see his guarantee that overtime will be paid-for. I'm sure that will not be lost on our negotiators.
