From what I can gather, The 'clear solution' is that a 'workshop / investigation/' will be done in 2014 using impartial examiners to review the true exposure of B&H - which basically is the very same as mentioned in LTB 170/13. ( From what I can gather has had no response from it )
Other than that it will be ££ loaded with lots of danglies so people will just see dollar signs, rub hands and agree the agreement.
I doubt is there is anything 'groundbreaking' at all. RM said way back that they would move on pay/pensions/job security and these were ticked off in the early rounds of negotiation.
I'll await it's output then watch as the fruit pickers see the ££ and wave this in. - Shame really as much more could have been done given the timescales and awareness of internal issues.
Also whatever the agreement, be prepared to work a damn sight harder from next year, that's a given
