The PEC ammended the agreement and voted to accept the document as amended.

We will all have to be patient and judge the agreement once we have read it.

Was it unanimous...............or need I ask? Which part have they amended that didn't require an explanation by the solicitors - was it whether to sign on top of or underneath the line. No need to judge it's obviously ground breaking or should that be jaw dropping.

It will be available to download together with the phone number of the relevant solicitors to explain it................it will be a premium rate number costing no more than £1.50 a minute, the proceeds of which will go to the CWU Employees Holiday Fund

To promote transparency, the Union should publish the amount of PEC members who voted in favour and against ratifying the agreement.
I look forward to reading the agreement in detail before coming to a decision, and I hope for the best. But I can't help having a sense of foreboding.

The PEC will most likely show solidarity and give the agreement a unanimous verdict on paper - what they actually thought and said will no doubt remain private: at least until someone breaks rank and feeds the juicy gossip to the world at large
