The Christmas agreement is nationwide. There is only one and that's the one that SHOULD be adhered too. Would be rather concerned if some were losing the bonus if off sick as surely HR just pay it and not sure how they couldn't.

I've been off sick over xmas as well, got the bonus and no clawback. You do get some nonsense on here at times.

What if you're off sick for less than a 'full' week? Do you still stand to lose a quarter of the bonus ?

In my experience you always get your bonus. Pro rata or full time. You still get what you are due. Get better soon.

Arrrrrrrrrrrrrgh
The 4 year rolling sick pay is an agreement with Royal Mail that during a 4 year rolling period you will get 6 months total full sick pay, and 6 months at half pay/ There are exceptions to this such as AODs.
