I think it will encourage hacking into amazon drone and bring it to them instead of Mr Smith of nobody street of nobodyville. plus if they can turn off GPS tracking it would be hard to find. Imagine the manufacturing and running cost plus paying someone to load the drone and sending them out. It won't work as there is too many if and buts.

Given drones past record in Afghanistan and Pakistan I wouldn't bet on their accuracy :)
