Suspended for swearing at the DOM

It used to be a sack able offence to swear at a manager. Some seem to survive ok now. It's a dangerous game to play.

Lucky that doesn't apply these days, well actually in the last 25 years in my case , just today I would have been sacked 12 times.

not true, its still a possible outcome, you are normally suspended to protect the security of the mail or if there is a risk to another member of staff,

He supposed to give a months notice if Dom wants to lapse any SA also where was the union rep didn't he have a say it should have been discussed at Staffing meeting as for swearing it's not gross misconduct a simple apology would have been suffice with cwu rep involved

Update: The bloke had a disciplinary meeting last week, even though he was on official leave. He was told he'll have to wait around a week to find out what's going to happen. In the meantime he's been sent to a local office to work.
