Dear Sir,
You have said "We simply want our people to work the hours they are already
paid to work across the working week."
Well,I work a 4 day week 20.00pm till 05.53 am.Those are my contracted
hours.Not anything less not anything more.So don't expect me to work 30
hours one week,then 50 hours another.

Your quite right i wouldnt expect you to work 30 hours one week and 50 the
next......all i would expect is that across each week you work the
number of hours you are contracted to work.

are they going to follow me on quiet days or somthing? if thats the case i will be out till my official finish every day.

poor pilsbury i work in a D/O and what they propose is if it's a light day
they tell you your only needed for six hours today and when you turn up the next day they say "busy today those two hours you owe us from yesterday
you can work them today"
