I already do that! It's called working to my time. Just because you don't sort out my walk with your "equipment" (Excel sheet, bullying manager, Georoute) doesn't mean I don't already do enough!

Oh, well there are the people who thought "job and finish" was just for them. Well, haven't they got a shock coming! :D

Bring it on, i think its obvious we are winning this as there is apparently only one issue to resolve which is flexibility so be proud all posties we are winning this hands down, it may cost us short term but the bigger picture looks good

I did hear it had been de-coupled from the talks.....but after asking that very question on here,its not been confirmed,so i would assume its not been de-coupled...............

The TV coverage has been cranked up as well, so the profile of this strike has now reached a new level. It is so important to get this message across to all of our colleagues to ensure that we stay strong, because if we do we will win this one. We all need gate meetings before we start work on wednesday to make this point clear to all, and to also get the message out loud and clear that we all need to do the job properly!! If we do this it will soon be over!

This just show how out of touch the two idiots are, it also makes you wonder what their managers do, perhaps they are just as good at giving bullshit as crozier and leighton are.

Disheartened, I did read somewhere that the union wanted to decouple the pension issue from the current talks because it involved other areas of RM (Romec, Parcelforce etc) not currently involved in this dispute.

Now the screws have accepted an agreement on pensions I don't know what the current situation is......(Who fecking does?)

Well done to everybody involved it seems that this last wave of action is hitting hard there seems to be a lot more coverage on T.V. radio and papers. Now is not the time to weaken and take our foot of the accelerator, but to be strong and fight. The pressure is on them, KEEP THE FAITH KEEP STRONG.

Now to be serious. We are winning this RM seem to be panicking at the moment and are doing their best to their spin machine in operation. As I see it the more spin we see from them the stronger our position becomes.

I mean, god damn it, as an inside worker I know of some managers who physically time how long workers take going to the toilet! nevermind people not working to their time!!!

Is this flexibility thing meaning delivery staff who finish their rounds before their time, as Crozier seemed to say?

Because it's causing quite a flutter in my mail centre aswell with the idea of being sent home for 2 hours when things are quiet but being kept back 2 hours when things are not
