You would have to question the validity of this figure given that you have this conversation on another thread..
We still have no vans, no trolleys, no partners, no new walks, no pda's, no anything well apart from rubber bands.......we have had our deployment date been and gone, and our revision signed off as a success

How was this revision signed off?

2 walks have been agreed by the powers, and the planners will be back in 2014 to complete the remaining 100+ walks/duties
You couldn't make this s**t up.
