Sounds like bad news to me , if there was done deal you would have heard today !

to right they would have been shouting it out , no deal no budge on delivery we aren't working hard enough , more lapsing , unpaid o/t , dutys need to be bigger , more b&h from the dims , stop f***ing about and lets not waste anymore time and get on the gate which we should have done on the 4th nov , come on dave and billy grows some balls and tell it as it is.

Royal Mail is running rings around the CWU chiefs and the CWU chiefs are shafting us the paying members as a result.

But hey ho as long as Royal Mail and the CWU chiefs are just fine.......

I thought the point is there can't be a further extension unless another ballot is carried out?

Would it be optimistic to believe that the overnight delay is either because they are taking the time to craft a press release outlining the deal of the century they have agreed, or they are deciding what form the industrial action is to take?

what has annoyed me is the way this come about, extension , extension, extension, why didnt HQ say the talks are continuing ,we will make sure the ballot remains legal, if we are not able to get a deal the member will be notified accordingly and a strike will be annonced, END! MESSING MEMBERS AROUND IS NOT THE WAY IT SHOULD BE DONE, but if in a further 7 days we get an all singing and all dancing agreement I will give credit where it is due
