Really, so how come we were told to take them back again today once we got to our finish time, that's 4 days in a row.

What it really should say is 'We love parcel revenue, but don't employ enough people to actually deliver them on time'

Those firms pay RM to deliver their parcels etc and would have a fit if they knew what was going on!
Cancelled contracts etc and RM would crap themselves too I bet, if that got out about failed and non deliveries too.
