Decided to go fishing for the day and i received a text from my wife informing me our mail had been delivered. It was delivered early aswell, before my son went to school.

Got home and sure enough, there were 5 letters there including October's Courier magazine.

Also although we don't like to see Royal Mail propaganda on here, we do want to see honestly held beliefs from both sides of the argument. If we don't we fall into the same trap as the pro-royal mail post shat site.

Also although we don't like to see Royal Mail propaganda on here, we do want to see honestly held beliefs from both sides of the argument. If we don't we fall into the same trap as the pro-royal mail post shat site.

You are right of course, but at the moment we are in battle with Royal Mail. Normally in peace time i would like to see a well balanced argument, but we are right in the middle of a national strike, and unfortunately the opposition do not have a conscience like we do. I've seen some of the underhanded tactics these people get up to. There are many Postmen who are sacrificing a lot by being on strike and some who are tempted to give it all up and go back to work. I think we need to support these people as much as we can. The people on this site who are against the strike are not helping. There was a ballot and the majority voted to go out on strike. If this site is really for Postmen then i should think we need to keep Royal Mail propaganda to a minimum.HOWEVER I WOULD LIKE TO APOLOGISE TO BOILIEMAN IF YOU ARE GENUINE, SORRY FOR ANY OFFENCE CAUSED.

OK Buzzer, for your information, i'm a postie at Totton in southampton, I'm NOT a manager. There are 4 othere people on this site that confirm who i am,as their at Totton aswell. I'll name them if you want and you can PM them. I have just spent seven thukin hours in the pouring rain on a picket line, I'm with the rest of them for a long haul, so bolloxz basically.

As the person above said, i was complaining about having my mail delivered yesterday, that was all. Apparently five deliverys went out, and the duty i live on was one of them.

I'm sorry you feel this way about your colleagues.

10 strike breakers at sandbach are delivering mail , the rep there who doesnt have a clue was knocked down by crapshaw in his van cause he tried to think for himself .#

Ok I too was on the picket with Boilieman this morning and know him well enough to know his in for the long hall, he is just like me a postie that believes in what we are fighting for ! as to those strike breakers that go in, it's bad enough but to go out on delivery as well then thats just despicable. I've learned today that a number of the strike breakers in our office went out on delivery and one went out and done 2 ! I do think we need to stop this in house fighting and put all our energy into the fight ahead other wise we may as well just lay down now and take the kicking that A & A are so looking forward to do.Keep the faith and lets fight hand in hand (Oh and before I to get shot down as management I unlike many on here use my real name and DO I don't need to hide who I am!) :lfo :cfo
