In theory it existed for a short while as part of the pay deal, then it was rejected by the union.

After this it was offered as a bribe not to strike...........

Will we ever get it ? - who knows

Hopefully the situation will make become clearer next week, or the week after that, possibly the week after that, but it might even be the week after that - it all depends upon the union setting a final, final, final deadline, or if they really intend to stick to the current final final deadline

it was never £300, as we of this year are supposed ( i wont hold my breath ), to be getting £200, this year, so even with simple mathe, it was only £100 we would be getting !!, and rm would never give away £500 to us without wanting our souls for it

Unfortunately your simple maths is wrong. It was confirmed many times that the £300 in the last offer was in addition to the £200 Christmas bonus.

Think there will be backdated pay to go with 200 pounds xmas bonus and 3% payrise and possibly 300-500 pounds lump sum but we will get paid monthly from April but I don't know what is in the agreement.

It doesn't exist! It was only ever a "bribe" to try to get people to cross the line to help RM out of a possible issue leading up to Christmas and all for "thirty pieces of silver"

Don't even think about planning to spend something you'll never ever get. It got thrown out ages ago.

Just pray that you'll get the "thank-you gift" of £100 - if I recall correctly from previous payments made at Christmas, 'cos you ain't ever gonna get that imaginary £300!

its a shame I see it in this job and I saw it in my last job,,,,management want something,,,that normally to a worker is bad they dangle the carrot of a small lump sum,,,£300 in this case,,,£240-250 after tax,,,,the workers love it ,,,,,in the long run,,,,your screwed
