so when its a heavy wednesday why do they have our office absorbing 80 drops ?

I don't know,I'm not in your office but if you're absorbing when you genuinely don't have the scope to do it somebody needs a slap(not literally),It might be the rep or the members or both and it's almost certainly the manager but a slap is due somewhere.

yes fish the absorbing is mostly done but it doesnt mean everyone completes their duty

Whats this "first day sick" rule all about? If we have a Wednesday thats, for example, double what our model week is and someone goes sick they call "first day sick" and lapse another round. Is this really an inplace rule or bullsh!t?

Its really simple start at the correct time, take your break,use a trolley and dont rush around and i guarantee you will not absorb again i dont even get asked if im doing it anymore the runners do mine the f***ing idiots.

Yes very simple, but also be honest, if you cannot absorb you might need to justify that to management, who will throw all sorts of figures and general crap at you. But if you have nothing to hide and you know you can "invite them out" with you, stand your ground. Don't be the one conduct coded for claiming there is not enough time when your manager is sitting in his car watching you reading the paper for 20 mins.

Figures figures figures Just say you have 50000 items on a wed ,and 50,000 on a thur according to PO you should be finished more or less same time .But we all know EVERYDAY is different depends how many reg you have of which you have to break away from delivery tracked items ,recorded deliverys notice lefts more packets than previous day it all adds time to your delivery so figures mean nothing
