Do they or do they not? wonder what they say about us? or even each other? or their boss'es? or the public? but they will never talk about them self's.!

As far as i know, we are the only ones who fill out these forms about them.....they dont like it when you say NO you not going to fill one out, as you dont have to, because they then in turn get a bollocking from their managers

I thought they filled in our forms (at least that what I think happens)

I thought they filled in our forms (at least that what I think happens)

They may well do, i suppose you could take 'em and lose 'em or scribble all over them with crayon, coz they think we're a bunch brainless morons anyway

Macca is right we don't have to fill them in as the completion of HYS was always intended to be on a voluntary basis although managers have in the past tried to insist on their completion one of their methods is to get you tomplete them during WTLL sessions.

They are not worth the paper they are written on.

managers have a different HYS form to fill in about their managers etc, the results are not pinned to a notice board, more secrets.
our office had to have a second HYS as only half the office filled them in so far no one has admitted to filling this new one in :cfo

On the back of the Have Your Say there are 5 questions for managers only to fill in. In my Work Time Lying I asked on several occasions for us to be allowed to read the managers results and comments as it was only fair as they can read ours. Eventually I got the answer, no. I`ll ask again when we get the results, I`m like a dog with a bone sometimes.
I`m under no illusions about them taking any notice about the Have Your Say, however, there are a couple of reasons why I fill in the Have Your Say:

1 - I like to see the managers face when people are reading the comments. Lots of laughter at the total slating they get, makes them squirm.
2 - Amazing when you read others comments as well as certain things happening on other shifts that you otherwise wouldn`t hear about.
3 - If you don`t fill them in it will be assumed everything is hunky dory. Better to criticise than say nowt.
4 - They are basically worried about the bullyoing and harassment scores. If that score is poor enough people higher up will have to take notice. It also means you will have another Have Your Say in 6 months instead of every year.

My manager only reads out the replies she likes (not many)
but fortunatly I insist on getting a copy for every member the looks on some managerial :cfo faces is priceless

Don't know if I'll bother filling in my HYS form again. Total waste of time, they never take any notice of our comments. Now maybe if I pinned our manager to the notice board ...

HYS is and always was a load of crap... Never listened to and never acted upon....

If anyone can tell me any different then im FLABBAGHAASTED!!

I never fill em out n if i did i would spoil them.... Its just 20 mins off the floor so we should all use this as time for ourselves and RM's time is the only wasted then.... Why should we add to the bullshite and rubbish they spout... It just goes to show RM dont care.....
