The Delivery Supplement is paid according to hours worked and not contracted hours.

you could tell rm that, i'm on a 24 hour contract and have been doing 39 hours since april/may time yet i still receive the same delivery supplement i had while doing my 24 hours.

Look at your wage slips, SSSPR is overtime between your 24hr contract and 39 hours, the pay rate is giving you pro-rata payment of Delivery Supplement above your contract hours. ;)

And how many staff work pro rata at xmas , most have there hrs adjusted for business needs , but it doesn't get recognized when it comes bonus's , another piss take from this wonderful company

If p/t staff move to f/t hours over the xmas period then the rep/manager should ensure the appropriate paperwork is completed and they receive the full xmas bonus.

Is this really true? I was on a 24 hr contract until the van share started and change on to mornings with my hrs increased to 32 from August. But I've been averaging more than 39hrs a week and I do more than a lot of full-timers who refuse to do a single minute over (it's more of a protest as the walks are far too big and impossible to complete in our normal working day).

Yes.
But it only applies if you are made up to FT hours over Xmas, i.e. get 39hrs basic pay, not if you're extra hours are booked as OT.
NOBODY has to work past their time, it's the law.

just to clarify- i have been in buisness 2 years, i know nothing of colleague shares....

will i get the additional £100.
as well as the original xmas bonus. i do recall getting an additional payment last summer or summer before. if you could clear up would be great...

For those CWU represented grades in Royal Mail and Parcelforce Worldwide who do not receive the Christmas bonus, the following will apply: they will either receive the ongoing £100 as a payment in December of each year, or alternatively both parties can agree separate arrangements for this ongoing payment.
