cab driver seems the career move for most who leave this office, voluntarily or not. don't think you get 6 month's full sick pay working for express cabs. or night allowance. or sunday rate. and I think their conduct code procedure is quite severe. still perhaps you could follow the grievance procedure if the tosser who owns the company gives you a hard time, or the 20 stone piss head refuse's to pay his fare.still plenty of nice girls to look at early in the morning. until they puke on you.
