Working for the royal mail through angard, doing MDEC night shift, i'm going to give it 100% and I was wondering if there is any chance of being kept on? the interviewer told us that there's a chance if we're very good at it but I want to know if she was just trying to incentivise us to work harder.

Dont bank on it if I were you I worked as postman 14 years had 1 alleged allegation on me ,, sack or resign,, cleared myself after leaving, managers a waste of time, union no better, so no matter how good you are watch it,,

Thats not really got anything to do with being kept on after christmas is it?
At my MC around 40 of us got kept on, most are lazy f***ers, there was about 5 or 6 good workers
