It's called Lapsing & Absorbing, but like all things it is taken on an average, so now we have Resource to Demand and then...
when the National talks are finished we will have Multi- flexing/absorbing and away we jolly well go for another 3,4,5yrs, getting bored now, same old same old, where is the the new blood coming from in this Union because we bloody well need some, only my opinion thou, sod the bloody pay rise until we can get Deliveries sorted there is no pay rise, or am I gonna be proven wrong in the next 24hrs... ..

The OLD blood are entrenched in their full time release jobs and have NO intention of giving up their little bit of power, after all, if they weren't there, they'd have to work like the rest of us !

rm will definetly be trying to get longs and shorts because they have this stupid idea that we finish early mon-tue-sat. granted tuesdays are very quiet but saturdays are now one of the shittest days going. mailsort saturday i call them cos all we deliver is shite mail mainly for other companies

I don't know any day I finish early except Tuesday our manger seems to think we got different work eithnic on a sat and work quicker which is bolloxs it takes me same time to do round as Wednesday or Thursday and the manger thinks its an easy day and give us lapsing think sometimes they are taken the piss
