You be there is! If our DO is anything to go by, most of their day involves wheeling Yorks about, cutting and tipping bags and putting trays of mail out. Once we go out on delivery, they stroll over to the shops for a paper. The DUM opens his E-mails, the screws tip some mailsort and that's about it. In between they keep the Sri Lankan economy going by swilling as much tea as they can get the cleaner to make. apart from one of our managers spends about 5 of his 6 hour working day doing misorts - and the other is on his way home at 10am most of the time
