Same as offices nationwide, now. I just cannot believe it has come to taking out mailsort 3 on a Saturday now.

We've been taking it out for years and years, Sat is a normal working day and we don't get out of the office or get finished any earlier than the rest of the week.

Flexing up should only happen if when there are unforeseen situations, e.g late mail. Heavy mail/pressure should have been sorted at resourcing meetings. All time that is flexed up should be given back in the same week.

So when rm think there are no problems on delivery, no bullying, no lapsing problems, no problems with forced overtime etc etc we hear every day on here there are. This is the main problem in the talks, rm don't think there are any issues on delivery.

Just had a 'revision' in our office and 90% of the staff are not using trollies, working through breaks and now coming in early. Hardly surprising RM think nothing is wrong, eh?
As an example as to how f****d it is, we (myself and driver) had about 1.30 hours work taken off us today and we still didn't complete. Yes, it was busy, but that it way outside the parameters! I've heard that in a another nearby office that one member has been suspended for being too slow and they have someone from our office testing his round. I know for a fact that this guy runs around, doesn't use the trolley, etc. Sick bastard! Someones' livelihood at stake FFS! I imagine that I might get the same treatment very soon...only because I'm trying to do the job properly.
