[They appear not to have any sort of plan â€“ everyone, especially customers, would be more impressed if you worked for no money on â€˜strikeâ€™ days. It would actually show that you understand the issues and the implications on your own jobs of striking.

Hey what a good idea! I`m on strike, i`ll go in to work for no pay today!

14 out of 38 went in in my DO some of them are union members. Some of them have been coming in at 4.am when their start times is 7am. Also been sneaking out of the back door and hiding by going out in the vans.

Also we have one scab that goes around union bashing and slagging every union member off and know one does anything about it heres a clue who he is.

thats correct,apparently on friday/saturday the union rep at hoddesdon was the only person on strike and a 1 man picket line.our rep rung him this morning to offer him support,his answer was im working!

I saw a postie in Ashford today, been working all the way through. Didnt seem to have much mail though.
