What's the panic? You can't do anything with them for three years....
You have to register within 2 weeks with the activation code that you should have recieved today so you can access your account online in future ( like you said 3 years until you can do anything with them ) :thumbdown .

When I said I'd tried it about 20 times they gave me an email address to contact Equiniti, it's ISS@equiniti.com I was to include my payroll or national insurance number and reason for email. :cry

Didn't work with Safari browser, tried Firefox (on imac) and hey presto I'm in (for what it's worth)
And no doubt "equinity" are some foreign owned company making a fortune out of just passing the shares from Royal Mail on to us.

Up until 2007 they had a different name.
They were called Lloyds TSB Registrars but obviously that wasn't sexy enough.
Made up of two letter Es, the new logo reflects the partnership nature of our business where the Equiniti group and its clients work together in partnership to deliver services to their shareholders and/or employees.
When you look closely you can also see an equals sign in the logo i.e. the two Es representing our clients and us EQUALS Equiniti.
Bollockspeak. :cuppa
good times, bad times you know I've had my share
