Can't get past step 2, doesn't like my email/password, rang the number on the sheet and they told me that there were no problems and I was probably inputting password incorrectly. When I said I'd tried it about 20 times they gave me an email address to contact Equiniti, it's ISS@equiniti.com I was to include my payroll or national insurance number and reason for email. :cry

Didn't work with Safari browser, tried Firefox (on imac) and hey presto I'm in (for what it's worth)

Web site down who are Royal Mail paying they are taking the pi!! This is to be expected I will give it a day and I would expect every one to flood Royal Mail call centre and the crap firm they employed to sort this if they are getting a few hundred extra callers a day might get them off there butts

Working ok but mind-numbingly slow, took over half an hour, probably cos 150000 are on it today.
Probably let meself in for some serious spam from investment houses and sharks :mad

Just phoned the share dealing company what a shower of crap. I would say to ever one to flood there switch board untill they sort this out . Maybe they will take this seriously then

you have to register on the site before you can use activation code that has been given look carefully at page
